Wide Mesh is an exclusive Novatex product. Thanks to the development of its unique in-house technology, patented worldwide, Novatex has been able to manufacture a product with reinforced chains, fewer in number (only 25) than traditional nets, and widely spaced.

Guaranteed strength

Each Novatex netwrap has an icon showing its minimum strength, based upon the minimum of thousands of test measurements carried out on that specific net.
This is why Novatex can guarantee to its customers and end-users nets with strength higher than any other nets on the market.

End-of-roll warning

Thanks to the flexibility of the set-up of Novatex looms, our nets come with an end-of-roll warning. The last 70 meters of the rolls are centrally highlighted by a brightly coloured stripe.
The operator can therefore plan the roll change, thus preventing baling without a net and any ensuing expensive machine down-time.

Right/Left indicators

Another benefit of Novatex's exclusive three-colour livery is the immediate identification of the right and left sides of the bale.
This is of great assistance during the handling and unwrapping of the bale.

3C Colouring

Novatex is the only roundbaler netwrap manufacturer offering 3-colour nets. This peculiar colouring spreads over the whole net, thus making easily recognizable bales.
By using different kinds of multi-coloured Novatex netwraps you can immediately identify each seasonal stacked crop.

Anti-UV Protection

All Novatex netwraps are treated with double anti-UV protection.
The detrimental action of solar radiations on plastic netwraps dramatically changes depending on geographical location, the season and the exposure time. All Novatex�s netwraps undergo extremely strict tests in order to guarantee perfect performance under the harshest conditions.

Designed for working with any roundbaler on the market, the peculiar edge-to-edge design eases the spreading of the net inside the compression chamber thus enabling total coverage of the bale, indeed from "edge to edge".
